Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the interim housing site through observation and de‑escalation.
• Coordinate with onsite case management to support the site.
• Coordinate with security agencies to maintain safety.
• Conduct regular rounds and report discrepancies or concerns.
• Draft written documentation on safety and security for the site.
• Respond to security or crisis incidents using non‑violent interventions.
• Assist with developing forms, procedures, and manuals for the Metro LA Interim Housing.
• Complete reports as needed.
• Attend meetings and provide safety input.
