Job Description

You'll enjoy the unique combination of on-site safety inspections and insurance claims investigation as core responsibilities with this role. We're offering you this newly created position as a direct result of the company's ongoing growth. This is a fantastic training opportunity for an individual who wants to take their career to the next level. We prefer candidates with 2-5 years of related experience. In this position, you'll primarily work out of our Murfreesboro corporate office.

Site Inspections:

• Assist the Safety Manager in conducting comprehensive safety inspections at our apartment communities. Periodic out-of-state, overnight travel required.
• Prepare and file monthly reports outlining safety inspections, including lighting, fire prevention, PPE, SDS, and company vehicles. Address safety issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate with company personnel regarding safety protocols, inspections, and remediation.

Claims Processing:

• Review property and casualty injuries and accidents.
• Verify and process insurance claims, ensuring they are valid and accurate.
• Gather incident reports, photos, witness statements, etc., and submit claims to our carrier.
• Prepare investigative reports and follow up as necessary.
• Interact effectively with insurance adjusters, fire department personnel, contractors, and vendors.
