Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking an Operations Safety & Readiness Program Coordinator for our global technology client working remotely in the state of Arizona. Applicants must currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona for consideration.

Job Title : Operations Safety & Readiness Program Coordinator

Pay : $40.00 / hr. to $43.50 / hr. (Based on experience)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm PST

Location : Remote to Phoenix, Arizona (Candidates MUST reside in Phoenix, Arizona for consideration) May have to come onsite 1-2 times a month

Project Overview :

This project involves compiling all existing Operations Safety & Readiness programs to document their current state, develop a comprehensive roadmap for future improvements, and create detailed project plans for execution. The Project Coordinator will drive the roadmap by running cross-functional meetings, identifying action items, and ensuring successful completion of tasks. The goal is to build positive relationships, ensure on-time delivery of project components, maintain high quality, and continuously innovate to exceed expectations. Data will be analyzed to inform decision-making, and project documentation will be developed and maintained.

Responsibilities :

• Run cross-functional meetings, identifying action items and driving to successful completion.
• Build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery of projects, high quality, continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations.
• Analyze data using logic and reason to make sound decisions / recommendations.
• Develop and prepare project documentation, improve processes, maintain web pages and track reports to communicate details of project.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ in project management experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional Operational safety background (transportation industry preferred)
• PMP Certification preferred
• MySQL, PHP, Python or other scripting language preferred
