Job description

TITLE : Operations Safety & Readiness Program Coordinator

ANTICIPATION DURATON : 6+ months

LOCATION : Remote (Must be local to Phoenix, AZ)

Project Overview :

This project involves compiling all existing Operations Safety & Readiness programs to document their current state, develop a comprehensive roadmap for future improvements, and create detailed project plans for execution. The Project Coordinator will drive the roadmap by running cross-functional meetings, identifying action items, and ensuring successful completion of tasks. The goal is to build positive relationships, ensure on-time delivery of project components, maintain high quality, and continuously innovate to exceed expectations. Data will be analyzed to inform decision-making, and project documentation will be developed and maintained.

Overall Responsibilities :

Run cross-functional meetings, identifying action items and driving to successful completion. Build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery of projects, high quality, continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations. Analyze data using logic and reason to make sound decisions / recommendations. Develop and prepare project documentation, improve processes, maintain web pages and track reports to communicate details of project Requirements : Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills. Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members. Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the marketplace. The ideal candidate will also have some of the following technical skills : MySQL, PHP, Python or other scripting language.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $32.78 to $43.90 / hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees : medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
