Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial construction safety.
  • Knowledge of various electronic devices.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.

Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of branch Safety/Lean Support and Enforcement
  • Conduct Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments (when required). Supportive documentation.
  • Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment, e.g., Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders, and Stilts
  • Support management in creating new job start-up requirements, e.g., contract safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP/CCIP requirements
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment that adheres to OSHA guidelines
  • Support injured employees by attending initial doctor appointments and assisting until they are released to full duty
  • Complete documentation for any accident, incident, or property damage
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements/Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial construction safety
  • Knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and various electronic devices
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Precision Walls Trained Trainer (training provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager, or Branch supporting SQRM)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
