Job summary

JAMHI Health & Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Safety Program Manager to lead organization-wide safety programs, policies, and procedures.

You will develop safety standards, SOPs, training, and emergency preparedness across all JAMHI sites, under the Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, you will establish standardized safety practices, coordinate staff training, support accreditation and regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of safety and readiness to respond to routine and high-risk

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Five years of safety-related experience with a broad range of people and strong customer service skills.
• One year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organization-wide safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Lead creation of safety standards, SOPs, training programs, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Coordinate staff training and support accreditation and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Foster a culture of safety and readiness across JAMHI sites.
