Leidos is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the RTNV Capability portfolio on the GSM-O II contract at DISA. The role requires on-site work at Scott AFB, IL, with a Secret clearance.

You will facilitate SAFe ceremonies, remove obstacles, and partner with Product Owners to deliver features in a large-scale integration program. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ with a master's), holds an Agile/Scrum certification, and is proficient with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and active DoD secret clearance.
• On-site commute to Scott AFB, IL.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years (or master's with 6+ years) of relevant experience.
• CSM/SSM or PMI-ACP or similar agile certification.
• Experience using Jira and agile project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate team to meet PI commitments.
• Protect team from scope creep during PI execution.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with RTE/PM.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives, PI planning.
• Develop user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Maintain information radiators and team metrics.
