Job summary

3Core Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned program leader to coordinate SAFe adoption at the ART level.

The ideal candidate will bring team-level coaching experience, SPC/SAFe 6.0 knowledge, and strong Technical RTE capabilities to align dependencies and stakeholders during transformation. Responsibilities include driving planning, tracking with Azure DevOps dashboards, and guiding large-scale end-user environments (≈3,000 employees and partners).

Qualifications

• Team-level coach experience
• SAFe 6.0 strongly preferred; SPC 6.0 optional
• Strong Technical RTE experience (SAFe and Agile at the ART level)
• Excellent program management background and leadership
• Experience with Azure DevOps for tracking and dashboards
• Experience supporting large-scale internal business user environments
• Knowledge of end-user technology and workplace services (laptops, Windows 11, badge/card access)
• Experience working with ~3,000 employees and partners
• Ability to lead coordination, planning, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment during organizational transformation
