Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Train practices within a SAFe framework. You will coach Agile teams, align with Product Managers and architects, and ensure smooth PI planning and program execution across multiple teams.

Candidates should have extensive SAFe experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering high-quality software on time. The role is hybrid, with in-office collaboration required on a scheduled basis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering and management roles.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Agile Leadership: act as servant leader and coach for Agile teams, driving SAFe practices and removing bottlenecks.
• Manage ART: facilitate PI planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums; oversee global delivery portfolio.
• Establish KPIs for the ART and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee program-level execution, provide visibility into progress and roadblocks, and support forecasts and estimates.
