Slalom in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Train execution across a complex enterprise. You will partner with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to strengthen planning, delivery flow, and visibility.

This hands-on role requires coaching, data‑driven improvement, and the ability to build sustainable ways of working. You will facilitate PI Planning, risk and dependency management, and SAFe ceremonies while

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Agile Release Trains, PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt, and dependency management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including backlogs, boards, work-item hierarchies, queries, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience improving Agile delivery maturity and practices across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of backlog management, WSJF, PI Objectives, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Deerfield Beach, Florida three days per week.

Responsabilités

• Lead ART execution and facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt, planning readiness, and cross-team coordination.
• Manage and surface cross-team risks, dependencies, impediments, and delivery constraints.
• Partner with PMs, POs, SMs, and teams to improve backlog health, prioritization, PI Objectives, and delivery practices.
• Analyze Azure DevOps data, Epics, Features, Stories, risks, dependencies, and metrics to identify delivery gaps.
• Build and maintain ADO dashboards, queries, boards, and reporting for visibility into delivery health.
• Coach teams and leaders on SAFe practices, backlog refinement, WSJF, and agile ceremonies.
• Translate delivery trends into actionable recommendations for leadership and teams.
• Develop practical standards, working agreements, processes, and reusable resources to improve planning.
