Zusammenfassung

McKesson is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead the Agile Release Train and drive program execution across the enterprise. You will coach teams, facilitate PI planning, manage risks, and partner with Product, Architecture, and Portfolio Management to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities include executive reporting, Lean-Agile coaching, and implementation of Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and Power BI. Extensive SAFe/PM experience and PMP are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years of Program Management/Agile Delivery/Enterprise Transformation leadership.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading Scrum Masters and Outside Service Workers.
• 5+ years supporting Agile Release Trains or large-scale Agile delivery.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean-Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs, cross-functional dependencies, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Power BI, and enterprise reporting tools.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, analytical, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• SAFe RTE, SPC 5.5 or higher and PMP required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and facilitate ART ceremonies: PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt.
• Drive execution of complex cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Ensure alignment between portfolio priorities, roadmaps, capacity, and delivery.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments.
• Provide executive-ready reporting and insights on program health and value realization.
• Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Portfolio Management and delivery teams.
• Foster Lean-Agile practices and continuous improvement across the ART.
• Enable adoption of Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and Power BI for delivery reporting.
• Support enterprise transformation through Agile coaching and change enablement.
