Job summary

TechSur Solutions, LLC, based near the DC metropolitan area, seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead SAFe implementation, coordinate ART activities, and drive cross-functional project delivery in a government-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will guide Agile transformation initiatives, mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and ensure alignment with strategic goals, governance, and successful delivery with measurable metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Agile delivery, Release Train Engineering, or program coordination.
• Significant SAFe implementation and enterprise Agile transformation experience.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery reporting.
• Government, federal, or regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAFe transformation initiatives and assess Agile maturity.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on SAFe.
• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies: PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums.
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Align SAFe practices with enterprise goals and governance.
• Mentor teams on SAFe compliance across the organization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, roadmaps, forecasts.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and change requests.
• Provide status reports and executive updates.
