Job summary

VSolvit in Norco, CA is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead an Agile Release Train, supporting Federal Government and DoD programs. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Agile leadership experience, strong facilitation and organizational skills, and an active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities include guiding teams in SAFe adoption, leading critical Agile events, and ensuring compliance with Federal/DoD standards. Join a team that values collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile leadership experience (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, PM, or RTE).
• 2+ years specifically leading ARTs across multiple enterprise divisions.
• Active/current Secret security clearance required or ability to obtain it.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate core SAFe events (PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums).
• Guide teams through SAFe adoption and Lean-Agile practices.
• Establish standardized Agile processes and manage ART flow metrics.
• Ensure ART execution aligns with Federal/DoD compliance standards.
