You will facilitate ART ceremonies, optimize workflows, and align backlogs with agency priorities while managing dependencies and risks across teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Active Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
- Proven experience as an RTE or Delivery Lead in a government or highly regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of scaled agile frameworks and practical tailoring.
Responsabilités
- Lead and coordinate delivery across a multi-team Agile Release Train (ART).
- Facilitate tailored ART ceremonies aligned to federal timelines and milestones.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and technical constraints across teams.
- Partner with Product and client stakeholders to align backlogs with agency priorities.
- Track delivery performance and report progress to executive leadership.
