Job summary

Aspen Technology, a leading industrial software company, seeks a Director of Release Train Product Management to translate vision into value. You will own the program backlog, prioritize features, and coordinate with Solution Product Management, the System Architect, and ART leadership to maximize outcomes.

You’ll lead and grow Product Owners, drive PI Planning, and apply Lean economics including WSJF for explicit prioritization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product-centric software leadership with delivery of value and quality.
• Experience leading Agile teams within the SAFe framework and program backlog management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; advanced degree a plus; process engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Product Owners and coordinate release trains.
• Define and refine program backlog with Solution Product Management and System Architect.
• Align PI objectives and optimize value delivery using Lean economics and WSJF.
• Partner with Business Owners and ART leadership to plan and execute PI.
