Job summary

AspenTech seeks a Release Enablement professional to coordinate cross-functional readiness inputs across technical, commercial, deployment and enablement domains. You will connect product capabilities with deployment requirements, pricing models, and go-to-market readiness to support successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in release management, product operations, commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, pricing, deployment planning, enablement, or related software business function.
• Experience collaborating across technical, product, and commercial organizations in a software development environment.
• Project Manager skills will be helpful to facilitate the various tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection of release readiness inputs across technical readiness, quality, commercial readiness, deployment readiness, and enablement readiness.
• Validate and organize cross-functional readiness data to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain release readiness tracking and support decision-ready reporting for governance reviews.
• Synthesize readiness inputs into concise release summaries highlighting risks, dependencies, gaps, and recommended actions.
• Identify patterns across product, operational, and commercial readiness activities to improve release execution.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Services, Sales Enablement, and other stakeholders to improve release visibility and accountability.
• Support alignment between release enablement, deployment approaches, commercial models, pricing strategy, and broader go-to-market initiatives.
