Job summary

S&P Global Dow Jones Indices is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to drive program increments across Agile Release Trains and partner with product, technology, and business owners to align strategy with delivery outcomes. You will champion Lean-Agile practices, governance, and responsible AI across value streams, enabling scalable, data-driven decisions.

This role requires strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering measurable business value

Qualifications

7+ years of Agile delivery leadership, including Release Train Engineer experience.
3+ years as a team-level or program-level Agile coach.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of Program Increments across one or more Agile Release Trains.
Coordinate PI Planning readiness with Product Management and Tech leadership.
Facilitate ART events to improve predictability and execution.
Support release-on-demand planning for epics and features.
Coach Scrum Masters and Flow Masters in Lean-Agile practices.
Enable data-driven decision-making with Agile metrics and insights.
Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt at program level.
Embed Responsible AI governance and AI-enabled decision-making practices.
Capture decisions and delivery insights for onboarding and transparency.
