Stonhard is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive growth through in-person client calls, pursue new business opportunities, and maintain records in Salesforce.

You will coordinate installation-site activity with the Construction Division, thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment, and have 2+ years of construction/industrial sales experience; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related B2B sales experience in construction/industrial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation and planning skills.
• Self-directed worker in a fast-changing environment with high flexibility.
• CRM literacy: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management responsibilities at installation sites, coordinating work with Stonhard's Construction Division approved installation crews.
