Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a General Manager for the Sacramento Branch Office. You will lead an operations and support team, cultivate client relationships, and ensure service excellence across multiple client sites.

Travel to client locations and industry events will be required to strengthen partnerships and drive growth. The role focuses on caring leadership, financial performance, and compliance with policies while delivering high-quality security services.

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more of the following: a four/ five/ seven years of management experience in a high-volume workforce.
• Relevant degree or equivalent management experience in security/service industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor operations and support teams with coaching and recognition.
• Build and grow client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Travel to client locations and industry events to strengthen relationships.
• Oversee branch operations, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and report KPIs using BI platforms to maximize efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and implement response plans.
