Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or branch management.
• Experience managing sizable teams including supervisors or leads.
• Strong P&L management, budgeting, and cost control experience.
• Experience overseeing field employees, transportation, fleet, or service operations.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational results.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with competing priorities.
• Experience in commercial services, equipment rental, construction, or industrial operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, drivers, field personnel, and administrative employees.
• Manage branch financial performance, including revenue, profitability, operating expenses, labor costs, and budgets.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, route efficiency, staffing, and daily field operations.
• Coordinate fleet and equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to increase efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve escalated concerns, and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence throughout the operation, providing support and leadership wherever needed.
