The Allstars Travel Group is seeking a Ticketing Specialist reporting to the Team Leader, US Operations. You will apply exceptional customer service while managing all queues and email requests within ATG policies.

Utilize global distribution systems (GDS) and Sabre to process domestic and international bookings, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction. You will aim for the lowest fare and coordinate with the GDS help desk when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience handling high-volume travel bookings with strong customer service.
• Proficient in GDS andSabre booking platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ticketing issues quickly.

• Handle PNRs failing automated QC and messages within client ATG travel policies.
• Utilize GDS and Sabre to process bookings accurately.
• Respond to inquiries for domestic and international travel with high service levels.
• Promote lowest fare and apply discount programs appropriately.
• Troubleshoot with GDS help desk as needed.
• Manage high-volume queues while meeting ATG SLA requirements.
