Atlas Travel & Technology Group is hiring a Travel Operations & Account Solutions Specialist. This remote, full-time role sits within Implementations to diagnose root causes and resolve complex Sabre-based issues for corporate travel accounts.

You will partner with Account Managers, review policy engine rules, and ensure smooth workflows across OBT configurations. Strong Sabre, analytical, and communication skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in corporate travel operations or Account/Ticketing support.
• Advanced Sabre GDS proficiency with complex exchanges and PNR troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with travel account structures, policy enforcement, and client service.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary escalation point for complex Sabre ticketing issues and refunds.
• Investigate and correct GDS record errors directly, not via hand-offs.
• Provide coaching to frontline agents on workflow interpretations and policy rules.
• Triage and resolve tickets from Account Managers and investigate operational pain points.
• Support UAT during major releases and tool updates.
