The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Sabre experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Sabre GDS experience (booking, ticketing, and refunds).
• Proficient in domestic and international flight booking and ticketing.
• Strong PNR management with accurate data completion.
• Knowledge of fare construction and manual fare rules.
• Experience managing Sabre queues and SSRs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Luxury travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book domestic and international flights via Sabre GDS.
• Explain premium cabin options and flight details to clients.
• Issue tickets and process invoices accurately and promptly.
• Troubleshoot booking issues and handle schedule changes.
• Collaborate with team and vendors to rebook or adjust flights.
• Manage Sabre queues and monitor for issues.
• Handle special service requests and seat assignments.
• Learn Local Foreigner tools and processes to support workload.
