Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Technical Enablement Specialist to design and deliver scalable learning for CX teams and customers. You will develop courses, collaborate with product and engineering, and lead engaging training sessions across live and virtual formats.

The role emphasizes mastering LiveRamp products, creating clear content, and impacting customer enablement with strong communication and instructional design skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of LiveRamp experience.
• Strong understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem and LiveRamp products.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience creating training materials and documentation.
• Experience training or mentoring new team members.

Responsibilities

• Learn LiveRamp products deeply to build effective training.
• Create engaging training materials from product docs, meetings, and previous trainings.
• Organize content into courses and modules with clear narratives and visuals.
• Lead technical implementations for products in limited availability or alpha phases.
• Deliver interactive sessions virtually and in person to large groups.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather accurate information.
