Job summary

stanleyreid seeks a Solutions Architect to customize API-based SaaS products for federal customers. You will be a hands-on technical consultant owning end-to-end solutions for clients, including implementation, testing, and launch.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in CS or related field, strong customer-facing skills, experience in pre/post-sales roles, and scripting in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript. TS/SCI clearance is required; polygraph is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Experience in pre or post-sales type roles.
• Strong customer-facing skills.
• Experience customizing API-based SaaS products at scale. Including implementation, testing, and launch.
• Ability to script in multiple languages (e.g.- Python, Javascript, Typescript).
• Bonus: experience in AI development.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end solutions for federal clients as a hands-on technical consultant.
• Customize API-based SaaS products at scale, including implementation, testing, and launch.
• Engage with customers in a pre- or post-sales capacity to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams to tailor solutions for the DC metro area with partial onsite work as needed.
