Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders. We’re hiring an Executive Recruiter to shape senior leadership hires across the business, spanning Director, VP, and C-suite roles.

You’ll own full-cycle searches from intake to close, partner closely with senior leaders on talent strategy, conduct market mapping, and ensure a high-touch, confidential candidate experience across the US whether from a hub or remote.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2+ years in executive hiring.
• Experience recruiting for senior leadership roles (Director, VP, C-suite) in-house.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders, influence strategy and design org structure.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle executive searches end-to-end for senior roles across the business.
• Partner with senior hiring leaders to shape search strategy and candidate profiles.
• Lead talent mapping and market research to map the executive landscape.
• Ensure a high-touch, trusted candidate experience and brand stewardship.
• Lead offer strategy and negotiation for senior candidates.
• Refine search approaches based on market signals and stakeholder feedback.
