Job summary

Engine is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager, Account Executive to lead a team of motivated sales professionals. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our sales team, especially those early in their careers.

The ideal candidate is passionate about developing young talent, fostering a culture of accountability, and driving measurable results through hands‑on coaching, data analysis, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to motivate and provide feedback.
• Hands‑on sales leadership with 4–5 years of experience managing Account Executives and BDRs, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven ability to coach junior sales talent to exceed targets and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed sales goals.
• Set clear performance goals, track progress, and provide actionable feedback with a data-driven approach.
• Diagnose team performance with KPIs and adjust strategies to improve quota attainment.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and remove roadblocks to keep reps focused on selling.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align on lead quality and tools.
