Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business or professional selling preferred).

• Experience in B2B sales, handling complex processes and facilitating several touchpoints over multiple channels

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal. No handoffs, no excuses.
• Get in front of C‑suite decision‑makers and show them exactly how Paycom solves their biggest HR headaches.
• Top‑performing sales reps build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting, strategic networking and disciplined follow‑through.
• Become an expert in enterprise software sales and modern B2B sales strategy. We’ll provide industry‑leading training. You bring the drive to win.
• Travel required - includes overnight travel.
