Hireclick, an Asure company in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks an Account Executive with 1–2 years (3+ preferred) in advertising, HR recruiting, or SaaS sales. You will demonstrate our software, negotiate terms, and manage a strong pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary ranges 50K–60K with OTE around 105K; uncapped commissions and benefits are offered. Remote options may be available, otherwise in-office in Sioux Falls, SD.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in advertising, HR recruiting or SaaS sales; 3+ years preferred.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or Salesloft.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed quotas.

Responsabilités

• Hit new business targets monthly and quarterly.
• Present product demos over the phone.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline for forecasting.
• Use curiosity and ambition to improve team performance.
