Seeking 3+ years in PM for SaaS, strong communication, and agile fluency. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. PMP/Agile certs are desirable; knowledge of Monday.com, Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.
Qualifikationen
- 3+ years of Project Management experience with SaaS solutions.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience leading agile projects in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in project documentation and cloud-based tools.
- Experience with public safety tech is a plus; PMP/Agile certs desirable.
- Knowledge of Monday.com, Salesforce or Zendesk is beneficial.

- Own the Project Plan—write, manage, implement, and measure the plan with automation.
- Drive On-Time Delivery—track milestones, resources, and dependencies across teams.
- Mitigate Risk & Escalate—anticipate issues and implement contingency plans.
- Lead Implementation—handoff to long-term Support and Success teams.
