Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional SaaS deployment projects within the Cloud Services Software team. You will drive project plans, track milestones, and coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and successful hand-offs.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience with SaaS, strong communication, and agile expertise in a matrixed org.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience working with SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree is a plus.
• Experience navigating and leading agile projects in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in project documentation and cloud-based document management systems.
• Experience with Public Safety communications systems a plus.
• PMP, PMP-ACP, or equivalent agile certifications desirable.
• Monday.com, Salesforce, or Zendesk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Plan and continuously measure progress using PM tools.
• Build and communicate launch plans, track milestones and dependencies.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and escalate as needed.
• Lead implementation and hand-off to Support and Success teams.
• Serve as main liaison with customers, partners, subcontractors and staff.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders with clarity.
• Organize and facilitate meetings to drive decisions and deadlines.
• Influence stakeholders to ensure project success and timely delivery.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and process improvements.
• Analyze program data and recommend data-driven solutions.
