Qualifications

• Experience managing product releases and end‑to‑end product lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing, managing, and measuring launch processes and operational procedures.
• Global marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects to evolve the Symphony framework focusing on SaaS and Solutions.
• Liaise with Symphony Business Readiness Managers and cross‑function leads to gather readiness requirements.
• Manage the PMO governance forums for executive reporting on launch readiness.
