Moody's Corporation is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead strategic Finance initiatives across technology implementations, process transformation, and change management. You will coordinate onshore and offshore teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure programs stay within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program management within finance tech, strong communication, and experience with Jira/Confluence/Miro and SAP.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management in finance tech/finance transformation.
• Delivery of complex cross-functional projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, controls (ERP, financial reporting, SOX, close).
• Proven stakeholder management with Finance, Tech, vendors, executives.
• Excellent communication in reports, presentations, updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional Finance programs spanning tech implementation, process transformation, and change management.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex Finance programs with broad scope, high risk, long horizons.
• Lead global project teams across onshore/offshore and external resources.
• Oversee Finance technology implementations, including integrations, data migration, transition planning.
• Drive change management for early adoption of new finance systems and processes.
• Deliver executive updates and dashboards for steering committees and boards.
• Lead risk, issue resolution and dependency management within governance frameworks.
• Track budgets with planning; negotiate to meet scope, schedule, budget.
• Operate as a self-starter driving solutions and collaboration across teams.
