Job summary

Entegral is seeking a seasoned Product leader to drive the discovery phase of our software products in a teleworking-first environment. You will partner with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development to identify customer needs, validate market opportunities, and ensure investments align with strategic objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS product management, 2+ years in leading people, and strong experience with agile frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years demonstrable experience in SaaS product management including leading product strategy, planning, execution, launch, and support.
• 2+ years' experience in leading and developing people in Product Management.
• 3+ years proficiency in working with product management frameworks in an agile SaaS environment including roadmaps, APIs, usage analytics, and cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product discovery process with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Define and validate product hypotheses through user research, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Translate insights into actionable product requirements with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Prioritize discovery initiatives based on business goals and customer impact.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Communicate findings to leadership and document best practices for ongoing improvement.
• Monitor industry trends to keep Entegral's products competitive.
• Lead a team of Product Analysts with coaching and development opportunities.
• Participate in industry events and tradeshows.
