Job summary

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a Product Discovery Lead to drive the discovery phase for SaaS products in the North American market. You will partner with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Sales and Business Development to identify customer needs, validate concepts, and ensure ROI through data-driven decisions.

The role supports a teleworking-first organization with remote/hybrid options across the United States, focusing on market opportunities and delivering value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years demonstrable experience in SaaS product management including leading product strategy, planning, execution, launch and support.
• 2+ years previous experience in leading and developing people in Product Management.
• 3+ years proficiency in working with product management frameworks in an agile SaaS environment.
• Developing product roadmaps with a focus on delivering customer value iteratively.
• Knowledge of APIs and product usage analytics tools.
• Experience with modern cloud platform architecture and cloud product best practices.
• Experience with agile development workflow tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product discovery process with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Define and validate product hypotheses through user research, data analysis and experimentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and stakeholders to translate insights into requirements.
• Prioritize discovery initiatives based on business goals, customer impact and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership to inform product strategy.
• Mentor and develop the Product Analysts team through coaching and training.
• Participate in industry events and tradeshows to stay current.
