Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking an Implementation Consultant with hands-on payroll experience to help customers implement our SaaS solutions. You’ll guide customers from requirements through configuration, data migration, testing and go-live, working directly with clients.

You’ll manage multiple payroll implementations, translate customer needs into software setups, deliver training and support go-live, with exposure to Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience and understanding of payroll processes.
• Experience with SaaS software implementation, onboarding or technical consulting.
• Ability to work directly with customers to elicit requirements and implement solutions.
• Experience with payroll software or systems and data migration or integrations.
• Ability to manage several customers, projects or priorities simultaneously.
• Capacity to explain software and technical information clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customers.
• Translate customers’ payroll requirements into the right software setup.
• Configure SaaS products, workflows and customer-specific requirements.
• Support payroll data migration, integrations and testing.
• Guide customers through user acceptance testing and go-live readiness.
• Deliver training and explain software clearly to customers.
• Support customers during go-live and ongoing support.
