Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking an Implementation Consultant with hands-on payroll experience to help customers implement our SaaS payroll solutions. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their requirements, configure software, migrate data, test setups and train users for go-live.

You’ll partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver successful outcomes, manage multiple projects, and help customers transition to ongoing support while developing payroll and SaaS expertise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience and strong payroll process knowledge.
• Experience in SaaS/software implementation, onboarding or technical consulting.
• Experience with payroll software or systems and customer-facing work.
• Ability to translate requirements into software configuration and workflows.
• Experience with APIs, ETL, data migration or data transformation.
• Capacity to manage multiple customers or projects simultaneously.
• Ability to explain software and technical information simply.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' payroll processes and translate into software setup.
• Configure SaaS products, workflows and customer-specific requirements.
• Support payroll data migration, integrations and testing.
• Work with APIs, ETL processes and data transformation.
• Guide customers through user acceptance testing and readiness for go-live.
• Deliver training and explain software clearly to customers.
• Support customers during go-live and their transition into ongoing support.
• Manage multiple customer projects and priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve issues.
