Job summary

Zenoti is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative in Seattle to generate and qualify sales leads through research, cold calling, and collaborative efforts with the sales team. You will pursue existing leads and help process leads from marketing campaigns, mailers, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably within the SaaS industry
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing high volume of calls per day
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Business acumen to understand the landscape of the opportunity and customer needs
• Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts clearly
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and independently
• Experience with social networking sites and business directories

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities with the sales and lead generation teams
• Perform inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting/cold calling
• Create and qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements
• Research accounts, identify and build relationships with key decision makers and generate interest
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects
• Team with channel partners to build sales pipeline and close deals
• Assess, qualify and transfer leads to the Account Executive for a formal sales presentation
