Job summary

Vastian, based in Lawrenceville, GA, is seeking an Implementation Manager (SaaS Lab) to drive high-impact launches that turn complex lab workflows into measurable outcomes. You will own multiple go-lives, guide stakeholders through decisions, and ensure timely, successful deployments.

In this role you’ll collaborate with laboratory leaders, administrators, and sponsors to translate needs into effective system setups and guide teams through activities required for a successful launch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation/project management/customer success/consulting/lab operations with complex client ownership.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving; confident client leadership.
• Independent, adaptable and comfortable in evolving processes.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems, tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff through handoff.
• Run discovery, configuration planning, and workflow alignment sessions.
• Track scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies; keep projects on pace.
• Translate technical concepts for mixed-technical audiences.
• Produce clear documentation and ensure a clean transition to Client Success.
