Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a highly experienced Lead LIMS Engineer to drive LabVantage LIMS strategy, design, and delivery in a regulated Life Sciences environment. You will guide architecture, governance, and global teams across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory labs.

The role requires extensive experience with large-scale LabVantage implementations, integrations, and platform modernization while ensuring compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation standards.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting LIMS platforms with LabVantage.
Deep expertise in LabVantage architecture, configurations, workflows, forms, and administration.
Experience leading enterprise-scale LabVantage implementations and upgrade programs.
Strong understanding of laboratory operations across R&D, QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical lead and SME for LabVantage LIMS across the enterprise.
Define LIMS architecture, design standards, development practices, and governance.
Lead end-to-end delivery of LabVantage enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
Drive platform modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Review and approve designs, configurations, and integration approaches.
Establish best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Design and enhance LabVantage modules for R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory workflows.
Oversee workflows, data models, automation processes, and system configurations.
Ensure SDLC, CSV, change management, and validation procedures are followed.
Lead workshops, design sessions, and requirements gathering with global teams.
