Job summary

Clinical Architecture seeks an Operations Engineer to manage internal and SaaS environments from its Carmel, IN headquarters. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and scalability while aligning with product and engineering needs.

You will work with Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Client Support to enable client deployments without managing client-hosted environments. On-site five days a week with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to implement, operate and support internal and SaaS environments.
• Experience with on-premises, cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDA) is a plus.
• Experience with deployment automation and environment provisioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot internal and SaaS environments.
• Support deployments across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps on build, release, and deployment processes.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of environments.
• Provide technical escalation support for deployment issues.
• Maintain documentation for platforms, patterns, and standards.
• Assist with environment readiness for client implementations and upgrades.
• Participate in automation, monitoring, and operational maturity improvements.
