Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in application implementation or SaaS operations.
• Experience supporting production environments required.
• Experience working with Engineering or DevOps teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Clinical Architecture environments.
• Support application deployments across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Partner with Engineering and DevOps to assist with deployment processes.
• Ensure environments meet performance and security requirements.
• Maintain documentation for platforms and environments.
