Job summary

Clinical Architecture is seeking a Client Service Analyst to join our Indianapolis area team. This on-site role in Carmel, IN focuses on client satisfaction, product expertise, and education through virtual technology.

You will analyze configurations, propose enhancements, and share insights with internal teams to improve product performance and client outcomes. A strong communicator with a willingness to learn is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in SaaS, software support, or client success.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in SaaS, software support, or client success.
• Healthcare terminology knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
• Become a product expert with the support of internal teams.
• Educate clients on product features and enhancements using virtual technology.
• Analyze current configurations of Clinical Architecture products relative to client needs.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose optimization solutions.
• Proactively broaden client knowledge of best practices and implementations.
• Document and share client utilization and product performance with internal teams.
