Job summary

VNS Health seeks a Manager for Enterprise SaaS Platforms to lead day-to-day operations, support, and governance of our enterprise SaaS applications. You will drive stability, security, and alignment with clinical needs, coordinating with Platform Engineering and Product Owners while guiding a team of analysts and administrators.

The role covers incident and change management, access governance, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance within healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or application support.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading teams.
• Experience with workflow automation, systems integration, and data security practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and healthcare SaaS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads Tier 2 application support across enterprise SaaS platforms and ensures timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Oversees incident, problem, and request management processes to maintain service reliability.
• Monitors service levels and performance metrics and drives continuous improvement of platform support capabilities.
• Oversees platform configuration, including workflows, business rules, and access control.
• Manages SaaS release cycles and change coordination with testing and deployment activities.
• Ensures alignment with HIPAA, CMS, and NYS regulations and conducts periodic access reviews.
