Confidential Careers is seeking a dedicated technical advisor to support customers from implementation through ongoing production support in a collaborative environment. The role requires handling enterprise SaaS applications in healthcare domains, strong API and data skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

You will work in a hybrid setup with onsite collaboration on Tue, Wed, and Thu, and participate in incident management and root cause analysis to ensure smooth deployments and resilient

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Technical Support, Technical Consulting, Systems Integration, or Application Support.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications for RCM, EHR or other PaaS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across web applications and distributed systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, FHIR, XML, JSON, and healthcare integrations.
• Proven SQL skills with ability to investigate production data issues and write queries.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, authentication, cloud-hosted applications, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience supporting software deployments and configuration management.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of OAuth, SSO, SSL/TLS, and enterprise security principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing consulting, implementation support and relationship management skills.
