Job summary

EdSights seeks a Technical Consultant to ensure reliable data integrations between EdSights and customer institutions. You will own design, configuration, documentation, and health of integrations that move data into the EdSights platform and back into customer systems.

You will work with customer IT teams and internal groups to map data, define structures, and design scalable, secure transfers, focusing on SFTP imports/exports and evolving beyond current workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with SaaS or EdTech environments.
• Strong documentation and process-building skills.
• Experience with structured data files and CSV/flat files.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration of customer integrations, coordinating with IT and EdSights teams.
• Provide ongoing technical ownership and support for integrations and configurations.
• Own SFTP-based data imports/exports, ensuring secure, reliable transfers.
• Migration of legacy partners from manual uploads to automated SFTP integrations.
• Validate incoming customer data for accuracy and formatting, troubleshoot root causes.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product on exports for Starfish, Navigate, Salesforce.
• Project manage integration projects end-to-end with clear objectives and blockers.
• Report progress, risks, and issues with options and recommendations.
• Develop playbooks and documentation to scale integration processes.
