Job summary

Attain Partners seeks an experienced Technical Delivery Manager – Data Integration & Migration Solutions to lead enterprise data integration and migration initiatives with a focus on Higher Education, Nonprofit, and Salesforce ecosystems.

The role requires guiding end-to-end technical delivery, including architecture, discovery, data mapping, development oversight, testing, and deployment. Strong leadership of onshore/offshore teams and client relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading technical delivery of enterprise data integration and data migration projects.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams including integration architects, developers, data engineers, migration specialists, and QA resources.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica, or similar.
• Deep understanding of API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP APIs, batch processing, event-driven integrations, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience leading data migrations into Salesforce, including data analysis, mapping, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, objects, relationships, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Ability to lead technical discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience managing technical delivery schedules, resources, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with SIT/UAT, migration mock loads, cutover planning, and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of enterprise data integration and migration initiatives across client engagements.
• Guide solution architects, developers, and data specialists to deliver on time and within scope.
• Review designs, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and contribute to delivery as needed.
• Drive client relationships, communicate status, and manage delivery risks and budgets.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
