Job summary

Front is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager / Senior Implementation Manager to join our Success Services team in the US. You will lead Front's most complex customer implementations, spanning onboarding, enterprise expansion, workflow transformation, migrations, and adoption of new capabilities.

As the customer's primary implementation partner, you will uncover business goals, translate processes into Front workflows, set the project operating model, drive change, and coordinate

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading customer-facing SaaS implementations.
• Independent ownership of complex engagements from discovery to adoption.
• Consultative and systems-thinking approach to problem solving.
• Strong project governance, risk management, and executive communication.
• Experience aligning customers and internal teams on trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-workstream implementations from discovery to value realization.
• Advise on future-state workflows, operating models, governance, and change management.
• Build project plans, cadences, risk logs, and executive updates across engagements.
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover goals, gaps, constraints, risks, and success criteria.
• Guide design involving permissions, integrations, data flows, automations, migrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Lead change management, enablement, cutover, and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, AM, Product, Engineering, and Support to define scope and unblock blockers.
• Turn recurring needs into reusable implementation assets and templates.
• Mentor team members and contribute to strategic delivery initiatives.
• Represent the customer voice in product and operations decisions.
