Job summary

Unimarket ANZ (formerly VendorPanel) is seeking an Implementation Specialist for North America to drive successful delivery of Unimarket’s S2P solution. You will manage projects, configure sites, handle integrations, enable suppliers, and deliver initial customer training and ongoing support.

Cross-functional collaboration with Supplier Integration, Support, Customer Success, and Account Management teams is essential, along with documenting processes and maintaining strong customer relationships

Qualifications

Relevant work experience in a SaaS environment.
Experience implementing SaaS solutions and integrating to ERP/fin/third-party systems.
High proficiency in Excel and business software applications.
Ability to work independently in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure the success and timeliness of customer projects.
Collaborate with internal/external resources across Supplier Integration, Support, Customer Success, Account Management and Development/Technical teams.
Guide customers through the implementation journey and deliver high-quality service while maintaining relationships.
Prepare project documentation (Plans, Handoff Documents, Training, Process flows).
Gather feedback on product and solutions from new customers.
