Job summary

Unanet is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise SaaS implementations (ERP, Accounting, HCM, SIS, CRM) for a diverse client base in the United States. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

In your first 90 days you’ll establish project plans, forecasts, and stakeholder communications, advancing to managing multi-project portfolios and client relationships with a focus on delivering value

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise SaaS implementations supporting highly configurable business systems (ERP, Accounting, HCM, SIS, CRM).
• Proven experience with Time & Materials software implementations including budgeting and revenue forecasting.
• PMP certified with knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Unanet software implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Develop, refine, and maintain project artifacts and internal documentation to support execution and knowledge sharing
• Communicate project expectations clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders for alignment
• Identify, monitor, and manage project dependencies and critical paths to mitigate risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful client project implementations
• Manage and deliver multiple client implementations and diverse project types with a focus on client satisfaction
